Canyon Trout Farm is one of the oldest trout hatcheries in Idaho. The excellent water quality has not changed in over 50 years. It has been a family run operation the entire time and our family has produced top quality trout here for over 30 years. The cold, pristine spring water has enabled us to raise our product totally anabolic-free. NO chemicals are used on the hatchery at anytime. All raceways are cleaned on a weekly schedule to maintain excellent health and insure excellent taste.
